Kuzey Kore\u2019de web ba\u011flant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n %81.6\u2019s\u0131 HTTPS iken G\u00fcney Kore ve \u00c7in\u2019de bu oran s\u0131ras\u0131yla %34.4 ve %8.63 olmu\u015ftur.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">K\u00f6t\u00fc haber, bir\u00e7ok kurulu\u015fun art\u0131k eski tip a\u011f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerinin SSL\/TLS kriptolanm\u0131\u015f trafi\u011fini a\u011f\u0131 yava\u015flatmadan inceleme \u00f6zelli\u011fini g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmeleri gerekti\u011fi.
